Caulking Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to caulking, firestopping and traffic coatings

**Responsibilities**:

- show up on time to work
- install caulking at exterior of houses and buildings
- Conduct construction painting projects
- Participate in building projects from start to finish

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge and experience on construction sites
- capable on going up ladders up to 40’

Working in different weather conditions
- Skilled in construction painting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
