Growth Marketer

We are on the lookout for a Growth Marketer extraordinaire to join our team and help revolutionize the B2B payments industry As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our cutting-edge payments service and be at the forefront of innovation in the field.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts that will help us achieve our goals. You will analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, and use data to inform future strategy, ensuring our marketing efforts are always at their best.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
- Experience with traditional marketing methods and campaigns
- Experience in B2B payments industry is a plus
**Skill set**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
- Analytical thinking Ability to multitask effectively
- Understanding of analytics and data patterns regarding what needs to be measured, what works, and what doesn't is good to have.
- Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting with analytical skills leveraging data, metric, analytics and behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Goal-oriented, curious, and a strong problem solver
- A highly positive growth mindset, always forward-looking and seeking solutions in the face of challenges.
