Track Foreman Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Managing and directing a crew of workers to deliver a successful project by meeting or exceeding corporate and project goals. The Foreman must ensure safety
- Quality, profitability, and scheduling, resulting in customer satisfaction.
- Conduct tailgate meetings and follow-up actions, as necessary. Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production.
- Provide coaching to all crew members. Perform variety of related admin. Work such as time sheets, production reports, inspection reports etc.
- This job will require travel
- This job will require working in all types of weather conditions.
- Railway experience is preferred 2+ years
- Strong understanding of new track construction
- Valid certification in CROR is an asset but we will train.
- Must have Class 5 license non GDL
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Organize, develop, and communicate schedules and goals to crew members
- Perform physical work in a field environment including bending, lifting
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead a team and motivate workers.
- Exercise sound judgment and give clear direction.
- Work effectively in a team environment as a contributing team player.
- High School Diploma
- Construction/Railway Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
