**Job Summary**
- Responsible for fulfillment of accounting and finance that include, but is not limited to the following: sales and invoicing, payroll, inventory, finances and reports, order management, point of sale, quotation and orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, financial analysis, taxes and compliance, budgeting, reconciliation, purchasing, and data entry;
- Responsible for fulfillment of collection efforts on debt repayment with customer delinquent accounts;
- Communicate with customers, partners, auditors and collaborate where applicable;
- Act as a point of contact to inquires regarding accounting and finance;
- Attend in person or online/teleconference meetings;
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports;
- Support the team with knowledge and provide information as needed;
- Act as backup to other members on the team and may complete other functions as needed;
- Meet with targets;
- Participate in learning/training initiatives to meet organization/client requirements.

- Proficiency in office suite (ex. excel, outlook, word, etc.)

**Certifications**

College/University Certificate, Degree, or Diploma

Canadian Professional Accountant designation (an asset)

Security Clearance (an asset)

**Full Time**

Standard business hours

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Federal procurement: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- French (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Markham, ON L3R 9Y7
