Radiant Medical Imaging (RMI) is a Ministry of Health licensed Independent Health Facility in Scarborough Ontario, providing X-Ray, General Ultrasound and Fluoroscopy medical diagnostic services. The Role:
Are you a patient focused Ultrasound Technologist who is looking for an environment that encourages teaching, career growth, and team collaboration?

RMI is hiring for new and experienced ultrasound technologist to join our Ultrasound team in Full-Time or Part-time roles (Preference for Saturday/Sunday availabilities).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducts examinations in accordance with CMRITO and RMI’s protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Explain procedure to patient and obtain consent. Use proper imaging settings and equipment. Ensure proper ergonomics to ease scanning and prevent MSK injuries.
- Complete technologist worksheets
- Communicate urgent cases to reading radiologists to ensure report is generated as soon as possible
- Flag interesting cases in PACS for future case review
- Maintain scan room and work area clean. Disinfect probes and patient bed after each patient.
- Ensure that all equipment is well maintained and in good working order
- Collaborate with other team members to assist with patient care and efficient workflow
- Maintain CME requirements for CMRITO and Sonography Canada

The Requirements:

- Registered with CMRITO
- Current Credentialed member of Sonography Canada
- Proof of Professional Liability Insurance
- CPR certification

**Job Types**:

- Part-time position scheduled for 2-3 days per week between Monday-Sunday.
- Full-time position (4 days 10 hrs shifts, or 5 days 8 hrs shifts available)

Schedule:

- Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00pm/9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
- Sunday 9:00am-2:00pm

Licence:

- CMRITO (Requirement)
- Sonography Canada (preferred)

**Salary**: $35.00-$43.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:
