As a key member of the Business Office, you will work with a seasoned sales team with an established Dealership representing a world class leader with respect to automotive Manufacturing, Sales and Service Excellence. We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team immediately.

The Finance Manager sells new and pre-owned car buyers financing and insurance programs, coordinates all of the financing for customers, by verifying the customer’s credit worthiness with various financial lenders and determines an appropriate payment option for the customer and the dealership. As with all positions within a dealership, F&I Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet with customers in the final steps of purchasing a vehicle and offering financing, extra care protection, credit life, accident and health insurance
- Provide customers thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with customer personal information at all times
- Conduct vehicle title checks for trade ins, determining payoff amounts and closing previous loans
- Coordinate with Service Alberta to obtain license plate and registration to finalize the delivery of the vehicle
- Review sales contracts, analyze all customer paperwork and work with their financial lender or specialty finance company
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise
- Provide incentives for salespeople to sell finance and insurance in accordance with dealership policies
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
- Handle all rate quotations
- Carry responsibility for finance and insurance fees and their collection
- Establish and meet monthly objectives
- Extended hours, evenings and weekends worked to achieve goals

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 High School diploma
- Degree or commensurate experience in finance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealership finance and insurance procedures would be considered an asset
- Experience in PBS, DMS and Microsoft office suite is ideal
- Solid sales & administration background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Additional languages other than English is welcome
- A passion for customer service and Automobiles
- Ability to write, pass and maintain the AMVIC license
- Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer
