**JOB DETAILS**:
**Status**: Full-Time, Permanent, Salaried
**Hours**: Office Hours (Monday - Friday)
**Working Conditions**: Office-based with occasional off-site visits
**Location**: 1343 Sandhill Dr, Ancaster, ON

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in construction, agricultural, or mechanical industries
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- CHRL designation considered an asset
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with mínimal direction, handle multiple requests, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Available for occasional off-site visits and flexible with work schedule to meet business needs

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO**:

- Partner effectively with business units to assess and meet short and long-term HR needs
- Provide strategic HR support, including employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance
- Develop and implement HR projects, policies, and documents such as the Employee Handbook and HR reports
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing employee records and HR databases
- Demonstrate excellent time management, organization, and judgment when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Adapt to changing needs and tasks within the role as they arise, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with business partners to develop talent plans and support change management strategies
- Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity when representing **Bartels Group Inc.** in all dealings with employees, customers, and stakeholders
