Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
- Work on different tasks provided by the manager on duty

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Must be bilingual French and English
- Must be able to commute to work

Responsabilité:

- Accueillir les clients et offrir de l’aide a retrouvé leurs articles recherchés.
- Maintenir un environnement propre, incluant le plancher de ventes, comptoir de service et étagère.
- Remplir les étagères (tablette) lorsque nous recevons de la marchandise.
- Travailler en équipe afin d’obtenir les objectifs du magasin.

Exigences:

- Excellent niveau de communication avec clients ainsi que les membres de l’équipe.
- Connaissance sur les articles vendu par le magasin ainsi que les méthodes de ventes est un atout.
- Doit être bilingue anglais et français.
- Doit avoir un mode de transportation pour se rendre au travail.

Pay: From $15.30 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 32 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Department store
