Window Cleaner

Fulltime Exterior Maintenance Service Technician Team Leader. We offer Benefits after 3 months and paid skills training. We are looking for the right full-time team member to join us. If you enjoy working outside on different sites daily, and seeing immediate results from your work then this could be the ideal fit for you This role would ideally turn into a crew leader position with proven experience**.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep buildings and properties in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as power washing and roof demossing
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

- Class 5 Drivers license
- Cellphone/smartphone
- Speak fluent English
- Comfortable with heights & ladders
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is bonus but not required
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service skills
- Physically fit
- Clean criminal record

Our office is run remotely, so daily tasks are planned and organized through an app.

**Pay**:Starting pay rate will be $22 per hour. Higher rate dependant on experience and ability provided.

**Start date**: Now Hiring

**Shifts**: Typically Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm with varying start times and some weekend availability is a plus. Full time hours are Monday to Friday; Saturdays are optional for more hours, or a modified schedule could be entertained.

**Job duties will include but not limited to**:Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof de-mossing, and power washing
