APERÇU DU POSTE

Cette personne est responsable d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle de grande qualité pour l’équipe de BDC, financement en ligne quant à la résolution des questions de base, de préparer les propositions aux clients et tous les documents pertinents y afférents (p. ex. lettres d’offre, contrats et modifications), d’obtenir les signatures nécessaires et d’assurer un suivi auprès des clients. Cette personne s’acquitte aussi de diverses tâches administratives et apporte un soutien de qualité à l’équipe.

LES DÉFIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT- Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to existing and potential clients by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and practices.- Préparer des lettres destinées aux clients (les lettres d’offre et les lettres de modification, par exemple) en s’assurant que tous les renseignements et les documents nécessaires ont été entrés dans le système, veiller à obtenir toutes les signatures requises et effectuer des suivis jusqu’à la clôture du dossier.- Passer en revue les demandes de prêts reçues pour vérifier si elles sont complètes afin d’assurer une gestion efficace des dossiers conformément aux exigences de BDC à l’égard des processus en ligne. Appuyer l’équipe pour la gestion de l’ensemble des demandes de prêt et l’exécution de toute autre tâche administrative.- Appuyer les stratégies de BDC pour accroître le financement en ligne et l’utilisation du portail client (par exemple en participant à des projets pilotes pour les TIC et les prêts BDC Consultation).-
- Rester au fait des changements apportés aux politiques, procédures et processus détaillés et des tendances touchant aux questions de crédit et de réglementation pouvant entraîner des répercussions sur BDC.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS- Baccalauréat en administration concentration comptabilité/finance ou dans tout domaine jugé équivalent- Une expérience comme commis payables et recevables, adjoint.e administratif.ve sont considérées comme des atouts intéressants- Grand souci du service à la clientèle et capacité avérée de faire preuve d’initiative en écoutant, en identifiant les occasions de vente et en réglant les problèmes- Excellent sens de l’organisation et capacité à établir des priorités et à composer avec diverses situations en tout temps- Excellente capacité à travailler de façon autonome et de respecter des échéances serrées- Esprit d’équipe, grande énergie, créativité, souplesse, esprit de collaboration et désir de travailler au sein d’une équipe collaborative;- Bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ;- Excellente capacité à s’exprimer et à rédiger en anglais, le français est un atout.
