Retail Store Manager

Are you a self-starter who values creating amazing customer experience? We are hiring immediately for a Retail Store Manager (General Manager), which we call a Store Leader. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team of Assistant Store Leaders, Team Leads and Advisors to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors to set the standard of success.

This role requires travel to our Calgary store for training.
This role requires mobility within GTA for training.
What you’ll do:
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)- Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience leading and coaching a retail team of at least 50 associates- 3+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
