Floral Merchandiser

_**Part time year round starting August 29th.**_
- **Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday from 8:00am - 10:00am**_

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cut Flower Merchandiser.

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and maintaining our flower displays to ensure they are visually appealing and well-stocked

**Responsibilities**:

- Merchandise and arrange flowers according to company standards, ensuring displays are attractive and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on hands and discarded inventory on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the floral department, including topping up water and removing wilted blooms or compromised product
- Receiving and processing flower deliveries, unpacking boxes, discarding of garbage

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in merchandising is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent and efficient service
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy products (30lb) on a regular basis
