**Hourly Wage: $37.44 per hour**
**Location: Burns Lake**

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operates the HMI in the WESP includes computer work and troubleshooting
- Checks water for water quality at lease 3 times a day, checking PH levels, chloride levels and water conductivity
- Records the separation in the water IMHOFF cones and makes required adjustments
- Inputs daily shift comments into the DGS system
- Performs daily preventative maintenance activities on centrifuge
- Completes daily pond level inspection -monitor including water volume & records pond level
- Overseas water treatment activities
- Inputs all applicable information into the work order system
- Checks all chemical levels weekly
- Operates zoom boom in order to complete daily tasks
- Ensures clean up activities are performed daily to support a Safe Work environment

**Who you are?**
- 3-5 years of progressive supervisor experience, preferably in Wood Products Manufacturing. A relevant combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Proven safety leader, who is committed to Drax’s Golden Rules of Safety.
- The ability to complete online and paper forms or basic checklists.
- The ability to effectively use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite of Programs as well as work order systems and employee systems for time entry and reporting.
- A good understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- You are an adaptable team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A track record as an effective, supportive, and engaging supervisor.
