A high attention to detail with outstanding organizational skills.

Minimum education of a high school diploma, Post secondary education is considered an asset.

Experience in the mortgage, finance or real estate industry is considered an asset.

Strong working knowledge of MS Suite is required.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and skills.

Social media marketing skills considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**

Assisting Lendlab mortgage brokers with a variety of tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Flexibility in day-to-day tasks will be required.

Meeting with the Mortgage Broker to ensure all mortgage files are being processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Arranging for services on behalf of the client (i.e. home appraisals, inspections, etc).

Creating documents to support the mortgage financing process including assembling mortgage signing packages and other documents and reports.

Preparing and processing compliance packages to be submitted for payroll.

Acting as a point of contact for phone calls and correspondence; follow up with clients, lawyers, realtors, partners, and appraisers.

Processing and delivering outgoing mail, courier packages, and thank you gifts.

Social media, website and marketing support.

Managing and arranging appointments, meetings, travel, and events.

Attending meetings with or on behalf of the team at times.

Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Handling errands and day-to-day tasks for the Managing Broker

Additional support to the Lendlab Team, as needed.

*As a close-knit team, the willingness and ability to learn new skills and assist in projects outside the position are required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
