As a key member to the Can-Am 3WV & Motorcycles marketing team, you will have a unique opportunity in defining the global Can-Am 3 Wheel vehicle & Motorcycle marketing strategies, campaigns and brand activations and bring it to life across all consumer journey touchpoints to elevate the Can-Am brand. You will also have the opportunity to champion our diversity & inclusion program for the Woman of On-Road community to set the benchmark in powersports industry in democratizing the open road.

To excel in this role, you should possess a proven track record for briefing and creating content for brands or media, a passion for storytelling, a creative vision, excellent communication skills, and outstanding project management skills as you will need to collaborate closely with the broader Can-Am marketing team, regional partners (EMEA, LATAM, NAM, APAC) as well as key external stakeholders. Moreover, you should know how to distribute content through various channels to make an impact and you possess a strong understanding of digital marketing. This role is a unique opportunity to take Can-Am 3WV & Motorcycles storytelling to the next level and help position BRP as a content first marketing organization.

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Assist in leading all the steps in the Project management of the 3WV & Motorcycles MARCOM process from briefing to execution in collaboration with the agencies and key stakeholders, including briefing, creative development, production, 360 distribution plan and post-mortem.

Develop and coordinate marketing strategies and GTM plan for the year aligned with the business priorities, ensuring the integration with the overarching holistic plan for the brand to meet a defined set of KPI’s.

Bring innovative ideas to elevate consumer experience routed with Can-Am branding and values, acting as the specialist of our Brand Visual Identity Guide (VBI).

Lead the tactical plan around the Women of On-Road community (On & Off-line communities).

Contribute to the strategic launch plan of the Can-Am electric motorcycle line-up by 2024.

Manage and coordinate projects on budget, resources, and timeline.

Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside the organization (multidisciplinary team, expert teams, product teams, etc..) and outside the organization (ex: Partner agencies).

As a global role, Connect with Regions outside North America to shape our global brand footprint & share best practices.

Analyze brand performance to highlight strategic insights in order to optimize performance and inform future work.

Identify opportunities for test-and-learn and optimize production processes for budget efficiencies globally.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

5+ years of B2C experience.

Must have a strong understanding and passion for compelling storytelling and equity-building brand development.

Both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, with a roll-up-your-sleeves bias for action and an ability to drive on-brand execution.

Thorough understanding of Brand Positioning elements, development process, and guideline criteria.

Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into brand strategy & communication plans.

In-depth experience of managing content projects, from briefing to deployment, while having a high level of comfort giving/receiving constructive feedback about work in progress.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization with multiple internal and external stakeholders to accomplish goals.

Highly detailed and organized with project management experience.

Experience with vendor and agency management.

Experience with content manage
