**Role Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and future-oriented Warehouse Lead to lead our warehouse team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with company values. You will provide leadership that fosters fairness, growth, and teamwork within your team, ensuring that our logistics operations meet the highest standards. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our operational success and driving continuous improvements.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving of materials.
- Plan, assign, and monitor workflow to maintain optimal efficiency, balancing workload and priorities.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies, cultivating a culture of passion and fairness in the workplace.
- Foster a passionate and fair work environment where all employees feel supported, motivated, and aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality control.
- Collaborate with departments like procurement, logistics, and production to align warehouse operations with company goals and timelines.
- Oversee inventory management, perform regular cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy to avoid delays and errors in order fulfillment.
- Identify areas for process improvement and take initiative to implement cost-effective, future-forward solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Resolve team-related challenges, provide coaching, and address performance issues with fairness and integrity.
- Generate and analyze reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and other key performance metrics.

- Proficient in warehouse management systems and software to track inventory and generate performance reports.
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying and addressing issues proactively and fairly.
- Adaptable and capable of handling fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.

**Mental and Physical Requirements**
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and make clear decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina for occasional lifting, standing, and moving throughout the warehouse.
- Mental resilience to handle complex operational challenges and lead a diverse team.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years preferred) in warehouse supervision or leadership, ideally within a logistics or aerospace setting.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting best practices.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols and the ability to enforce these in a fair, consistent manner.
- Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
