Housekeeper Team Leader

**Hiring Immediately for Domestic House Cleaners in our Central Island service area from Ladysmith to Qualicum Beach**

Full time salary position available. Driving company vehicle and teammates to and from client homes. Monday to Friday

**Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing locally-owned company.**

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:
Safe driving of a company vehicle

Keep good communication with clients and teammates

Vacuum, mop, and wash floors, hallways and stairs

Operate commercial vacuum cleaners to clean floors and carpets

Clean, disinfect and polish bathrooms, kitchens and other surfaces

Empty garbage or recycle containers

High and low dusting

Ensuring cleaning products are topped up as needed

Washing rags and mop heads as needed

Other cleaning duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Must have a Class 5 drivers license
- Experience in residential cleaning
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in laundry tasks
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Fluency in English

Must be available to work all areas between Ladysmith & Qualicum Beach

Positive, reliable and professional attitude and attention to detail are a must
