Our practice is conveniently located in our bright, modern, and beautiful building at 1 Hartwell Ave. in Bowmanville.

Schedule: Full-time

Two (2) days per week (10:00-7:00)

Two (2) days per week (8:00-5:00)

Saturdays (8:00-5:00) - two (2) per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a positive and lasting impression on our patients, from the moment they arrive at the practice, to the moment they leave
- Establish genuine rapport with patients, welcoming them warmly and by name
- Manage all patient inquiries such as appointments, confirmations and amendments
- Manage and file patient records and charts
- Maintain a clean reception and waiting area
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills
- Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols
- Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
- Detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
