You are the **Site Supervisor **for our team and work closely with our Project Director and exceptional construction team. You are a professional and rad construction guru who takes massive pride in being a team player but also has the skills and willingness to build the most amazing homes. You love to make a difference in people’s lives by executing on what is most important to our clients. You are an exceptional listener and supremely organized. You have a proven track record of success in home building with extra points given if it is in the custom home building world. You have extensive construction knowledge including trade management and understand the important of proactive quality control. You understand what it means to “make things that feel good to make.” You are eager to join an innovative team, specializing in client experience.
- Must Haves_

You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or equivalent.

Custom and luxury home building experience is an asset.

You must be extremely organized and have excellent communication skills

You must be a team player who is open to collaboration and gaining experience from our team of professionals.

You must have the ability to take direction and work independently.

You must be a quick thinker and adapt easily to change.

You must have experience in management of trades.

Experience with BuilderTrend is an asset.

You must have access to a personal vehicle which will be used on occasion for work purposes
