**Position**: Janitorial / Cleaner

**Site**: Condominium Building Maclaren Street

**Status**: Full-Time / 8 hours per day

**Pay Rate**: $20.00 / per hour / Monday to Friday

Our janitorial / cleaning staff will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of one of our condominium buildings. Cleaning roles and responsibilities shall include however, not limited to the following:
Cleaning entrance and lobby

Clean all glass and windows

Clean fingerprints, spills, etc from common areas such as walls, light switches, doors, etc

Dust all horizontal surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, door frames, vents,

Vacuum hallways and lobby matts

Mop all hard floor surfaces

Empty garbage cans & recycle bins

Clean fingerprints, spills, etc from common areas such as walls, light switches, doors

Vacuum and mops hallways

**Minimum Requirements**:
Two pieces of government issued ID

Valid security background check

Moderate physical activity: standing and/or walking for entirety of shift

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
