**SUMMARY**

As a Handyperson, you will be generally responsible for maintenance work in a designated zone with an emphasis on quality control, health and safety & striving to exceed client expectations.

- Facility Management Office roles to support accounts Project Management roles support projects**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Run the day-to-day operation and maintenance for the site
- Provide targeted site technical support
- Complete daily inspections and performance reporting of all scheduled works
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to achieve effective work programming to meet Maintenance Plan Objectives Repair Doors, Walls, Decks, Trims, Frames, Tiling, Painting etc.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- High school diploma.
