General Labourer

Vaughan, Canada Aquazen Services Full time

Aquazen Services is an innovative plumbing and drain service company for the condominum and commercial industry. We are looking for a motivated general laborer to join our team.

**Responsabilities**:

- Help load equipment and tools in trucks
- Help mobilize, demobilize and prepare work sites
- Assist lead technicians on work sites
- Use power tools and machinery (e.g.power washer) when needed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks (e.g. connecting hoses, trasnporting equipment onsite)
- Put up warning signs (e.g. cones) for passersby
- Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding, ladders)
- Drive company vehicle to get materials or perform tasks
- Clean up work sites and service equipment if needed
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

**Requirements and skills**
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 40 pounds etc.)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety rules
