Overview:
**Fountain Tire St. Albert** **is searching for a knowledgeable and experienced **Service Manager** to manage the operations of the service department to drive productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Salary: $80,000 - $90,000/Year (depending on experience)**

**As a Service Manager, your duties will include**:

- Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services
- Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
- Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
- Advising technicians of work that must be completed
- Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
- Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
- ** 5+ years’** experience as a Service Manager
- ** Advanced Knowledge of mechanical services - **Red Seal Automotive license required**:

- Mechanical service experience working with 1 and 5 ton fleet vehicles preferred
- Commercial vehicle inspection program and out of province inspection certifications
- Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes
- High level of integrity and accountability
- A customer service focus
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements
- Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules
