- Nella Toronto is looking for an experienced _**Refrigeration Technician **_to join our installation and repair team. As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for processing and completing work orders, installing new refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing equipment maintenance. You may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate units. Sound like you?_

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and completing work orders
- Contacting the client to ascertain their equipment needs
- Ordering equipment supplies and repair items for the order
- Installing refrigeration units, beverage equipment and other food equipment
- Observing and testing newly installed systems
- Troubleshooting equipment failures
- Replenishing and maintaining stock levels
- Informing clients of repair costs and alternative cooling options
- Maintain and develop customer relations for new and existing customers
- Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics

**Requirements**:

- **HVAC Certification**:

- **313A Refrigeration License**:

- **Previous experience as a Refrigeration technician**:

- **High school diploma or GED**:

- Excellent technical and mechanical skills
- knowledge of local building codes
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics
- Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment
