Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components and products according to blueprints and specifications. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various hand and power tools.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine materials required and assembly instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet all specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment commonly used in assembly work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as needed
