**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate different learning abilities.
- Provide individualized tutoring to students who require additional support in their studies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Managing your own schedule.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, to ensure educational goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior while providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience for students.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a classroom setting or as a tutor is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively educate and connect with students.
- Ability to engage with children of various ages and backgrounds while demonstrating patience and understanding.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth and development.
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in teaching or child development are preferred but not mandatory.
