**Who Are We Looking For?**
Neptune Technology Group is currently searching for an energetic, dedicated, and self-reliant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Project Supervisor will be based out of the Burnaby office and **requires short-term travel from 1-5 days. **This position will assist with the installation, implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of both current and new customers who are undertaking fixed or hybrid network meter reading systems.The successful incumbent will be responsible for interaction and coordination between management, clients, the public, and employees. This is an entry-level opportunity where successful incumbents can make significant contributions and gain valuable experience.
**Job Duties**:
- Support the Project Manager in the ongoing implementations and operations of systems customers’ projects
- Installation and implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of: Fixed Network deployments, New software deployments or upgrades, System Service Provider (SSP) customer support, System Service Provider (SSP) field support
- Beta testing new products for launch - Preliminary testing and compiling data
- Product pilot projects
- Ongoing Marketing initiatives
- Providing root cause analysis and support for systematic product issues
- Serve as a backup to both frontline product support and AMR systems implementations. This will include answering product support inquiries, traveling to customer sites to implement new or upgraded systems, and refresher training for customers.
**Requirements**:
- College/University or above
- A valid driver's license is required
- Must be willing to travel 1-5 days at a time
- 1+ years of related work experience
- 5 day work week, occasional extended hours may be required

- Strong Organization and Task prioritization skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Experience with ERP systems is an asset
- Quality assurance experience is an asset
- Plumbing experiences will be an asset
