You will be responsible for managing the produce we grow and the daily operations

of the business to ensure we are optimally efficient, productive and profitable. Your

role will include the following, with the expectation that the role will change as you

grow into it.
- You will manage all manner of growing, and packaging our produce following

all food handling safety requirements.
- Seeding and harvesting of all the produce we grow, while keeping a

close eye on plant health (disease/pests), equipment repairs and

maintenance.
- Ensure our products are produced

efficiently, on-time, and to standard
- Evaluate seeding requirements and adjust weekly for holidays and events for

the following week
- Continually monitor and introduce improvement measures to streamline

processes, resources, and materials
- Communicate with the team regularly to ensure the operations team is

updated and aligned with operational priorities and commercial demands
- Ensure logistics and supply chain processes are effective and provide for a

good customer experience
- Maintain cleaning and maintenance programs and ensure all cleaning and

sanitization practices are conducted in a timely manner
- Minimize food waste, optimize processes, minimize costs, and find innovative

ways to get more business.
- Stays abreast of best practices and industry trends
- Excellent customer service. Foster strong relationships with our customers

by engaging with them on a regular basis to ensure we are getting them

everything they need.
- Instagram and social media posts.
- Deliveries to our restaurants while delivering excellent customer service.

**A Drivers License and a clean driver record is mandatory.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Agriculture: 1 year (preferred)
