**Responsibilities**:

- work alongside Chef with the up-keep of the operation.
- Prepare and cook high-quality food according to the recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Monitor food inventory and advise Chef of upcoming shortages
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Mandatory food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients and cooking

**Requirements**:

- minimum 3 year experience working on the kitchen line.
- super comfortable as a short order cook who is a master around the fryer and grill.
- can read orders ahead of time and organize accordingly.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Great communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 44 per week
