We are looking for a **Project Manager** for a** 2 Year Contract position in Regina, Saskatchewan, with possible extensions. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**

**The anticipated start date is March 1, 2025.**

**This position is a 100% onsite role with a requirement to work in-person at the client’s office in Regina, Saskatchewan.**

**Role Description**
You will be responsible for managing various assigned projects. These projects may include changes to business systems, processes and programs within information technology and infrastructure, and financial and human resources, all of which will impact branches across the organization, as well as sector partners and the wider community.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop the terms of the detailed project plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team
- Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval
- Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
- Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met
- Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards
- Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required
- Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables
- Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project
- Provide communication and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations
- Work collaboratively with third party vendors and other partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan
- Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification**:

- **Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing different, complex Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment**:

- **Demonstrated Project Management experience including successfully managing team resources, risks, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities following Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, processes and documentation**:

- **Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large CRM projects with cloud integrations (large means budget of at least $500,000)**:

- Previous experience with government or comparable entities relating to the technical and business landscape
- Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating significant experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing project management documentation, such as project plans, schedule, project budget and change orders as well as project status reports
- Demonstrated experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated experience working with tools such as CMDB
- Certification as an organizational change management practitioner is considered an asset
