We're seeking a skilled and experienced foreman/forewoman with 5+ years of experience in fencing construction. If you are passionate about leading teams, ensuring precision, and delivering top-quality results, we want you to join our growing team.

BCT Fencing Ltd has been providing fencing in the Sea to Sky area from Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and beyond since 2006. We’re the leading experts in chain link fencing, custom cedar installations, and high-end decorative steel fencing. With a commitment to excellence, we take pride in delivering superior craftsmanship to our clients.

**Duties & Responsibilities Include**:

- Determine layout and installation procedures with precision.
- Measure and mark guidelines for seamless installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Supervise crew to ensure projects meet our high standards.
- Handle necessary documentation and maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
- Operate heavy machinery/excavator with skill and safety in mind.
- Welding experience is considered an asset.

- Extensive experience in construction, with a strong background in fencing projects.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring high standards of work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and management.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Ability to quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during projects.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish.

**What we Offer**:

- Permanent employment offering full-time hours (40 hours/week).
- $35-$40/hour, commensurate with experience.
