_**Overview**:_
- We are seeking an Air Import/Export Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible to process and coordinate shipments from start to end. This job will include Customer Service, documentation and logistic coordination with World Wide Agents and carriers._
- The highest level of customer service is required along with the most efficient processing ensuring that timelines are met. You will work closely with our sales, accounting and other staff menders and will report to the Director of Operations._
- **Duties**:_
- Customer Service_
- Communicate & coordinate with overseas agencies_
- Pre bookings/bookings_
- Receive, validate and process documentation with brokers/Transports/Carriers_
- Confirm rates with Carriers_
- Transmit E-manifests_
- Prepare & Transmit Cers declarations._
- Upload documentation_
- Data Entry_
- Invoicing_
- Follow up, release and deliver shipments_
- Verification & approval of Subcontractor invoices for Accounting_
- Verification and closure of files_
- **Skills**:_
- Good knowledge of Import/Export regulations and procedures_
- Proficient in using E-commerce platforms for international trade_
- The ability to identify and avoid problems, finding appropriate solutions._
- The ability to find and recognize cost effective methods for shipments._
- Fine attention to detail_
- Self motivated_
- Can work independently or in a team_
- Experience with Cargo Wise (Asset)_
- Dangerous Goods Certification (Asset)_
- Ciffa Certificate (Asset)_
- Bilingual (French/English_
- MS Office (Word, Excel PP)_

- Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) import/export aérien(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Vous serez chargé de traiter et de coordonner les expéditions du début à la fin. Ce poste comprendra le service à la clientèle, la documentation et la coordination logistique avec les agents et les transporteurs du monde entier._
- Le plus haut niveau de service à la clientèle est requis, ainsi que le traitement le plus efficace, en veillant à ce que les délais soient respectés. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre service commercial, notre service comptable et d'autres membres du personnel et vous rendrez compte au directeur des opérations._

- Recevoir, valider et traiter la documentation avec les courtiers/transports/transporteurs._
- Confirmer les tarifs avec les transporteurs_
- Transmettre les manifestes électroniques_
- Préparer et transmettre les déclarations Cers._
- Télécharger la documentation_
- Saisie des données_
- Facturation_
- Suivi, libération et livraison des expéditions_
- Vérification et approbation des factures des sous-traitants pour la comptabilité_
- Vérification et clôture des dossiers_
- **Compétences**:_
- Bonne connaissance des réglementations et procédures en matière d'importation et d'exportation_
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation des plateformes de commerce électronique pour le commerce international_
- Capacité à identifier et à éviter les problèmes, à trouver des solutions appropriées._
- Capacité à trouver et à reconnaître des méthodes rentables pour les expéditions._
- Souci du détail_
- Motivation personnelle_
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ou en équipe_
- Expérience avec CargoWise (atout)_
- Certification en matière de marchandises dangereuses (atout)_
- Certificat Ciffa (atout)_
