**Your role as Product Design Intern**

Reporting Michelle Ngai, Manager, Product Design, you will contribute to reducing barriers to healthcare by designing and delivering delightful user experiences for members, clients and care team providers.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with partners across product and engineering teams to define, build, and release new products and features
- Construct user flows, mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that optimally communicate design concepts for validation
- Help conduct user interviews and research to gather qualitative and quantitative data that will inform design decisions
- Design solutions that are consistent and cohesive with all the Dialogue apps using the current design system in place
- Provide feedback about your experience to help shape and improve Dialogue's internship program

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Completed or are workings towards a Bachelor's Degree in a design, research, or a computer science related field
- A good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch or a similar tool)
- Great communication skills when presenting work and explaining design decisions
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, cross-functional team (i.e., engineers, product managers, etc.)
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
