**Responsibilities**:
**Systems Administration and Operations Support**
- Set up user access, profiles, backup, recovery, and daily operations.
- Monitor computer workload trends for optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain, configure, install, and support client networks and systems.

**Server and Network Management**
- Manage and administer around 75 Windows servers, including AD, File, Exchange, Application, Web, and Ticketing servers.
- Oversee VMWare farm, physical DELL servers, and their support contracts.
- Administer MS 365 services (user management, storage, security, compliance, permissions).
- Manage backup solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.

**IT Project Management**
- Lead and support infrastructure IT projects from start to finish.
- Develop technical, systems, and procedural documentation.
- Plan and lead initiatives ranging from large organization-wide projects to smaller program-specific solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Knowledge and IT Management**
- 10+ years in system administration.
- Experience with Windows server administration, VMWare, MS 365, backup systems (Commvault), and cyber security.
- Knowledge of technical architectures, standards, security, and privacy protection.

**Research, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills**
- Ability to identify and resolve IT issues.
- Experience in risk management and providing technical requirements for planning.

**Project Management Skills**
- Knowledge of project planning methodologies.
- Experience leading projects and developing technical project plans.

**Interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership Skills** (5%):

- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and team-building skills to engage and coordinate project teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Systems Administrator role with project leadership: 10 years (required)
