Bouncer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
- Conduct thorough checks of guests for identification and prohibited items.
- Maintain order during events by managing crowd behavior and addressing any disturbances promptly.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle emergencies or altercations.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for management review.

**Skills**
- Experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and conflict resolution techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the venue's schedule.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding situations, including standing for long periods and managing **crowd control **effectively.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
