Landscape Foreman

**Purpose**: The Landscape Foreman organizes and delivers quality work to enhance the working environment for colleagues and clients alike. Their primary task is to oversee all landscaping operations as planned while managing aspects such as scheduling, work site related inventory/products, and landscape crews.

**Detailed Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule day to day duties of a small landscape crew (+/- 3-5 employees)
- Conduct proper inspections of all vehicles and equipment prior to commencing work
- Complete paperwork and reports daily to aid in project efficiency
- Review and interpret all landscape drawings and specifications to be able to effectively delegate
- Account for all required product and tools prior to site mobilization
- Operate various tools and equipment including (but not limited to); hand tools, heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, etc
- General care and maintenance of plant product; pruning, watering, etc
- Perform landscape installs on both commercial and residential levels

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Must possess valid G driver’s license with clean abstract
- Experience an asset
- Ability to lift minimum 50lbs repeatedly
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays where required

Wage: Negotiable based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
