Exam Period:
April 17, 2024 - 8:15-1:00pm (includes setup and takedown)

Position Summary:
- Keep confidential exam papers and materials secure before, during and after exams- Ensure exam rooms are set out according to the instructions Start exams-
- Keep disruption in exam rooms to a minimum- Deal with emergencies or irregularities effectively- Record/report any incidents, disruption or irregularities- Complete attendance registers-
- Instruct students to finish their exams- Collect exam scripts and exam materials-
Qualifications:
- Understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials;- Adhering to McGill University policies and procedures;- Ability to work independently; Dependability, reliability, punctuality- Knowledge of French and English. McGill University is an English-language university where day-to-day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing.
