- **Job Overview**:_

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Technician currently in their 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship or Journeyman to join our dynamic team. As a Sheet Metal Technician, you will be responsible for the design, materials ordering, and installation of sheet metal components in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. We will support and train the right person

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Analyze blueprints and plans to determine project layout, dimensions, and materials needed, including duct airflow.
- Measure and mark dimensions for retrofits and installations.
- Fabricate or modify parts at project sites.
- Inspect parts, assemblies, and installations to ensure they meet specifications and building codes.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on sheet metal systems and structures.
- Follow safety regulations and protocols.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of sheet metal.
- Expertise in blueprint interpretation, review house plans and do takeoffs.
- Knowledge of sheet metal tools and equipment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to carry heavy sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with skills in customer service and communication.
