We are looking for a **Financial Analyst, Customer Success **with a finance background to join our Customer Solutions & Success team. You will drive value across our customer base, lead enablement and customer relationships, drive the development of processes to improve our business scalability, and play a critical role in our customer operations.
**Responsibilities**
- You will become a trusted advisor to our customers, deeply understanding their business, anticipating their needs, and helping them navigate challenges to success
- Own the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of customers
- Advocate for the customers to internal stakeholders
- Share customer feedback and insights to Product Management, Client Experience, Support, Marketing, and Sales on the innovation and improvement needed to optimize the user experience
- Be a platform expert, prepared to train on new and existing features and simplify the complex for our customers
- Master our platform and deliver product demonstrations
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to uncover renewal risks and identify opportunities for contract growth/optimization
- Proactively identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure customers are successful with our platform through training, behavior analysis, and data
- You are an adept customer relationship manager capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including C-level executives
- You thrive on the urgency and importance of working with ambiguity and tight deadlines to achieve customer happiness while balancing competing priorities
- You are used to project management and holding cross-functional teams accountable to a timeline
- You welcome challenges and consistently shatter your growth goals

Must-haves: *
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer success. sales engineering or solution consulting capacity in a SaaS organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- A clear communicator who can distill powerful messages which resonate with customers.
- History of delivering compelling presentations, tying it to prospects’ business pains, and being a trusted advisor.
- Familiarity with the financial tool ecosystem is an asset.
- Problem solver: provide viable solutions when faced with obstacles.
- Active and thoughtful listener, able to learn from others and leverage feedback.
- Strong personal ethic and time management skills focused on high priority; action and results-oriented.
