**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Respond to client questions about our products, services, policies, and claims through inbound requests
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships
**Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders, manage shipments, and track delivery timelines
- Maintain records of customer orders and update the sales database (SOS Inventory)
**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and update customer and sales data in our in-house CRM system (HubSpot) from inbound and distributor sales efforts
- Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all client interactions and activity in HubSpot
- Transfer data between software systems (Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Google Workspace)
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including completing vendor onboarding requests and other sales-related documents

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or customer support role
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $34,190.97-$50,000.00 per year
