**Job Title: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Immerse Wellness Ecosystem**

**Responsibilities**:
**Massage Therapy Services**:Provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients, tailoring treatments to meet individual needs.
Integrate massage techniques with our hydrotherapy options, offering clients a diverse range of modalities for optimal healing.

**Client Consultation**:Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and its integration with hydrotherapy for a comprehensive wellness experience.

**Collaboration with Hydrotherapy**:Collaborate with our hydrotherapy services, incorporating cold water therapy and float therapy into treatment plans when appropriate.
Work closely with clients and our wellness team to create personalized wellness plans that address both physical and mental well-being.

**Client Education**:Educate clients on self-care practices, stretches, and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy and promote ongoing wellness.

**Booking and Administrative Support**:Collaborate with our front desk staff to schedule appointments efficiently and provide necessary information to clients.
Participate in administrative tasks, including maintaining client records, updating treatment notes, and assisting with laundry as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Certification**: Must hold a valid RMT certification and be in good standing with relevant licensing bodies.

**Experience**: Minimum [X] years of experience as a practicing RMT, with a diverse skill set in massage techniques.

**Hydrotherapy Integration**: Experience or willingness to integrate massage therapy with hydrotherapy services.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with our wellness team, front desk staff, and other professionals to create a seamless client experience.

**Excellent Communication**: Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment plans, educate clients, and collaborate with the broader team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
