***Roy Foss Woodbridge** is seeking a Greeter to join our dynamic team in our Service drive thru area.

***About the Greeter role**:

- Meet and greet customers consistently with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
- Engage customers to determine their automotive needs and appropriately route customers to their respective service advisor
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Other administrative duties as needed.

***What you bring to the role**:

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule on weekends and during the week
- Must be able to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous dealership reception experience
- Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
