**Job Summary**

As data analyst you analyse & report data to make recommendations on the planning and execution of projects using your analytical skills and understanding & analysis of the available data and the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields and collect, process, analyse and use data that comes through different channels.
- Extract, describe, organize, analyse, and interpret then present the data needed to make informed business decisions.
- Develop, improve, and maintain tools & reports to track and analyze engineering organization’s data over time.
- Work on forecasting, planning, and analyzing scenarios based on available & changing data.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Impeccable planning, organization, and time management
- Strict attention to detail
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Team player, with the ability to exercise good judgement under changing conditions
- Proven skill in data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel and other analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau or equivalent.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering or Analytics field -Mechanical, Computer, Statistics.
- 3-4 years’ data analytics experience
- Experience with industrial processes and system engineering is valuable - direct experience in water treatment, oil & gas, chemical or power
