We are looking for a dynamic, well organized individual for our client's location in Whitecourt. The Branch Administrator (BA) is responsible for supporting the overall administration of the branch. The BA will support the Branch Manager in the managing following activities but not limited to : timesheets, truck tickets, tracking of inventory, and ordering and purchasing parts The BA may need to coordinate pick up or delivery of parts from one place of business to another, or directly to the customer.
- **Duties and responsibilities**:_
- Review timesheets
- Review Truck tickets
- Effective and efficient use of internal databases
- Data Entry
- Building and closing workorders
- Process & reconcile incoming orders in Axon as required
- Packing slip reconciliation
- Assist in core maintenance
- Generate and review reports as required
- Communicates with and supports other company personnel and departments
- Inventory management assistance
- Other duties as required.
- Samsara Maintenance, including all units coming due for service or repair
- Pick up/return parts when needed
- **Skills & Experience**:_
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel skills.
- Knowledge and/or experience in heavy duty parts and/or trucking an asset.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment safely.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, workorders, purchase orders, and company policies and procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from mechanics and other staff
- **Experience**:_
- Previous experience in a heavy truck environment preferred
- Previous experience in a office environment
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
