Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, or sanding
- Mix and match colors to desired specifications
- Ensure quality of work meets company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to operate a forklift, crane, or other machinery is advantageous
- Proficiency in assembling, fabricating, and welding is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$36.59 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
