**Vôtre rôle est important**:
Tu seras en charge de céduler les visites des clients, établis ou potentiel, de manière planifiée afin de maintenir, augmenter ou acquérir des ventes tout en fournissant un niveau de service à la clientèle exceptionnelle. Tu détermineras également les besoins des clients et fournira des recommandations et solutions basées sur notre offre de produits dans le but d’établir une relation long-terme tout en développant les ventes par le biais d’acquisition de nouveau comptes.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:
- Planifie des rencontres et cible les besoins commerciaux des clients afin de maintenir la relation et faire augmenter les ventes, basé sur une compréhension des besoins du client
- Augmenter les investissements de clients et déterminer des clients potentiels qui pourraient avoir des exigences plus complexes
- Former des partenariats avec les fournisseurs, les marchands et les ressources internes d’USI, tels que les comptes nationaux et les spécialistes, dans le but d’atteindre des objectifs de ventes rentables
- S’aligner au sujet des clients de façon quotidienne avec le leadership du magasin
- Promouvoir la gamme complète de produits et de programmes USI auprès des clients existants, demeurer informé au sujet des nouveaux produits USI et des promotions
- Élabore et mets en œuvre des plans et stratégie d’affaires dans chacun des comptes clés qui pourraient mener à des ventes lucratives. Faire un suivi sur les pistes à convertir en ventes profitables
- Communiquer régulièrement avec l’équipe du magasin afin de résoudre des difficultés de clients
- Identifie et assigne les opportunités ainsi que le potentiel de chacun des comptes en établissant des priorités et des rappels (rapport de pipeline, plan d’action du client), utilise le processus de vente pour gérer le pipeline de territoires et les opportunités de vente
- Promouvoir les marques privées et les canaux de commerce électronique le plus possible, supporte les promotions ainsi que les ventes incitatives
- Utiliser le système basé sur le web ainsi que les catalogues papier pour identifier les pièces répondant aux besoins des clients
- Recevoir les commandes des clients afin de renouveler leur inventaire, ajouter des items et créer des soumissions pour les nouveaux articles, gérer les garanties, les retours et les réclamations de travail
**Qualifications**:
- Expérience dans le marché des pièces de rechange automobiles
- Expérience dans la vente
- Expérience dans la prestation d'un service à la clientèle de haut niveau
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
