**Position Summary**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Responsible to develop design content supporting the TCDS innovation work.
- Responsible to develop branding or original product designs, including wireframes, presentations, videos and imagery.
- Responsible to communicate internally success stories of the TCDS innovation work;
- Responsible to perform sentiment analysis with the program teams.
- Contribute to user experience research leading, design thinking sessions, journey maps feeding the product roadmaps.
- Contribute to innovative ways of thinking and the development of new approaches to share positive innovation outcomes internally and externally.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 3rd or 4th year in design, marketing, engineering, applied science.
- Experience with UX design software such as Figma.
- Experience with content creation software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, etc.
- Proven problem solving and analytic skills with a track record of successful business outcomes.
- Business acumen.
- Recognized for ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
