Optometry Receptionist

Welcome We are an interdisciplinary neuro-optometry clinic located in **_Etobicoke, Ontario._** At _Elite Vision Therapy Centre _we are proud to deliver industry-leading eye care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on pediatrics and rehabilitation. We strive to provide our patients an outstanding eye care experience from start to finish whether it be through comprehensive eye examinations or our more specialized services. We strongly believe in educating our patients on the overall health and well-being of their eyes.

**Main Duties will include but are not limited to**:
Answering phones
Greeting patients and checking them into the computer
Delivering exceptional patient care and customer-service
Scheduling appointments and Appointment reminder calls
Basic cashier duties (taking payment, printing invoices etc.)
OHIP billing
Maintaining Patient charts
Assisting with smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
