In this role, YOU WILL:

- Evaluate cow conformation, according to classification policies and guidelines
- Conduct Cattle Assessments, under DFC’s proAction® Animal Care pillar
- Support improved herd management by educating producers on herd strengths, weaknesses and comparisons to national benchmarks
- Provide high quality on-farm customer service and consultation, sharing information and answering questions about all Holstein Canada services
- Lead presentations & extend knowledge on dairy trends, genetics, Holstein Canada services, industry news, and other aspects
- Independently manage your administrative, travel and scheduling tasks

**YOU OFFER**:

- 3 + years working experience in the dairy industry
- Post-secondary education (preferred), or comparable relevant experience
- Practical knowledge of dairy cattle conformation
- Exceptional abilities in customer service and relationship-building
- Observant and knowledgeable
- Proficiency with computers; you are adaptable to new technology
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
- Ability to communicate well in English, French is an asset
