Role:
Diageo Digital & Technology is significantly revising its operating model with main objectives to improve value for Diageo business via enhanced strategic capabilities, simple workflow of tasks translated in teams that have clear ownership of results along the value chain.

The goal of the D&T transformation is to deliver more (faster time to market, efficiency of solutions, increased capacity) with the same costs and upgraded capabilities (we need to leapfrog from where we are)

The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison among partners in order to understand the structure, policies and operations of the Diageo Supply Manufacturing organization and work with them to deliver digital & technology solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

About you:
The Business Analyst - Supply Manufacturing Transform will be a key contributor to the Supply Manufacturing projects. This role will be accountable for partnering with the Global Supply Manufacturing business teams primarily in North America in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our Supply Manufacturing Operations aligned with their priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise and connect with Supply Manufacturing key users and partners on Transform initiatives prioritized within the D&T portfolio and recommends solutions enabling the organization to achieve its goal.
- Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the Supply Manufacturing products and solutions used in operations.
- Elicits, analyses and validates requirements for changes to business process and policies, and translates them into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Supports the product functional design process based on knowledge of the users and technology in partnership with D&T Transform and Business product owners
- Solution Development:

- Lead on the definition of Business Requirements & Gaps to defined solution standards.
- Design Process, Data & Technology to fulfill requirements working with business users, solution vendors, consultants, and SMEs.
- Solution Readiness:

- Build Knowledge & Proficiency among user population
- Build the Solution
- Test the Solution
- Deploy the Solution
- Stabilize Operations
- Works with multi-functional teams and various partners, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Ensures our technology investments and products are well integrated across the Supply Product line to create efficiency, enable growth and lower support costs.
- Identifying and driving improvements/ enhancements to Supply Manufacturing processes or products. Includes preventing or correcting defects, making changes, enhancements and maintenance of the system to enhance the value of the system.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- 3+ years of responsibilities in a Supply Manufacturing or an IS focused business area
- Understanding of SAP ERP processes and data, as well as experience in delivering SAP projects in Manufacturing. Knowledge and experience of working with SAP ECC/HANA in a manufacturing environment is essential: production execution, quality management, materials management, asset care, pall
